Return Policy

We hope you love your Daizee items! However if something isn't right, we offer a 28 day return policy.

Just follow the below steps:

1. Email hello@daizeestudios.co.uk to request a return

2. Please include order number and reason for return in the email

3. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days

4. You will be sent a free return postage label

5. Once we inspect the item, we will immediately refund your order.

NOTE: Items must be returned to us in the same condition that they arrived to you in i.e. unworn with tags still attached.
